Goods can be returned within 10 days of purchase. Goods should be returned at client’s own expense. There will be a 15% re-stock fee. Goods will be refunded following inspection upon return, providing they are found to be in good working order. If delivering carrier is used to return goods they will be charged at cost. All goods returned must have a Goods Return Number (GRN).
Returns Instructions
- Go to 'My Accounts' in the top menu & log in. Your Shopping bag history will be displayed.
- Select the order from which you wish to make a return by clicking on the corresponding 'View' icon.
- Press the 'Returns' button.
- Select the product(s) you wish to return and the quantity of each and the reason(s) for which you are returning them. Then press the 'Submit' button.
- Once you have submitted the form you will be given your Goods Return Number, make sure you print this page as you need to include it with the product(s) you are sending back. It is advisable to keep a record of this number for yourself.
